BPC-157

BPC  ·  5 mg · daily, dosed in mcg

SCIENCE  •  STRENGTH  •  LONGEVITY

Before you draw anything. Every figure in this document assumes a 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change either number and every unit measurement here changes with it. Confirm the milligram strength printed on your vial first.

Micrograms, not milligrams. BPC-157 is dosed in micrograms while most of the catalog is dosed in milligrams. A 250 mcg dose is a quarter of one milligram. Mixing the two units up is the single most common error on this compound and produces a 1,000-fold mistake. Label the vial in mcg.

BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid peptide originally isolated from gastric juice. Animal research links it to blood vessel formation at injury sites and to tissue protection, with the largest body of preclinical work covering tendon, ligament, and gut tissue.

RECONSTITUTION

Parameter Value
Vial 5 mg (5,000 mcg)
Bacteriostatic water 2.0 mL
Concentration 2,500 mcg/mL
Conversion 10 units = 250 mcg · 20 units = 500 mcg · 1 unit = 25 mcg
Route Subcutaneous, near the area of interest
Reconstituted storage 2–8 °C, up to 30 days
Lyophilized storage −20 °C, 12+ months

DOSING SCHEDULE

Phase Amount Units Frequency Duration
Loading 250–500 mcg 10–20 Daily Weeks 1–4
Maintenance 250 mcg 10 Daily Weeks 5–8 and beyond

Vial coverage

Amount per day Units Days per 5 mg vial
250 mcg 10 20 days
500 mcg 20 10 days

At the 500 mcg loading amount a single vial runs out inside two weeks, well before the 30-day stability window closes. A four-week loading phase needs two vials.

Notes

Relationship to GLOW 70

GLOW 70 contains BPC-157 at roughly 0.33 mg — 330 mcg — per daily draw, which sits inside the standard standalone range. Unlike the TB-500 fraction of that blend, the BPC-157 content is not underdosed. Running standalone BPC-157 alongside GLOW is genuinely redundant rather than complementary.

Record keeping

Log the date, units drawn, and site for every injection, alongside any symptoms. This catches gradual dose drift, and if something does go wrong it identifies exactly which step it started on.
