GLOW 70

GL-W  ·  70 mg blend · daily, cycled

SCIENCE  •  STRENGTH  •  LONGEVITY

Before you draw anything. Every figure in this document assumes a 70 mg blend vial reconstituted with 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change either number and every unit measurement here changes with it. Confirm the milligram strength printed on your vial first.

RECONSTITUTION

Parameter Value
Vial 70 mg total blend — 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg TB-500, 10 mg BPC-157
Ratio 5 : 1 : 1, GHK-Cu dominant
Bacteriostatic water 3.0 mL
Concentration 23.3 mg/mL total blend
Conversion 10 units = 2.33 mg total · 1 unit = 0.233 mg
Standard draw 10 units daily
Site Upper glute, subcutaneous
Vial coverage 30 daily draws
Reconstituted storage 2–8 °C (see stability note)
Lyophilized storage −20 °C, 12+ months

WHAT A 10-UNIT DRAW DELIVERS

Component Per 10-unit draw Relative to standalone use
GHK-Cu ~1.67 mg Within the common 1–2 mg daily range
BPC-157 ~0.33 mg Within the common 0.25–0.5 mg daily range
TB-500 ~0.33 mg Well below standalone injury protocols (2–5 mg, 2x weekly)

The blend is GHK-Cu dominant by weight, which orients it toward skin quality and general tissue remodeling. The TB-500 fraction is roughly a tenth of what a dedicated tendon or ligament protocol uses — where TB-500 needs to run high, separate vials are the better structure.

DOSING SCHEDULE

Phase Units Amount Frequency Notes
On-cycle 10 2.33 mg Daily One vial covers 30 consecutive days
Off-cycle None Match the length of the on-period

Unlike the metabolic compounds, GLOW is not titrated. The draw stays at 10 units from the first day to the last — what changes is how long you run and how long you stop.

Cycle structure

Approach On-period Off-period Vials Suited to
Short 4 weeks 4 weeks 1 A first run, or establishing tolerance
Standard 30 days 30 days 1 Skin quality and general remodeling
Extended 60 days 60 days 2 Longer recovery-focused runs

The off-period is not optional. GHK-Cu adds copper systemically and copper accumulates with repeated exposure. That is what sets the cycle length for this blend, and why the off-period should match the on-period rather than being shortened to get back on sooner. Running through the off-period is the most common mistake made with this compound.

What to expect at the site

Stability across a vial

The three components do not degrade at the same rate. GHK-Cu and BPC-157 remain stable for the full 30 days refrigerated, but TB-500 falls off after one to two weeks. The back half of a 30-day vial is therefore effectively GHK-Cu and BPC-157 with a diminishing TB-500 fraction. Plan around that drop-off, or run a shorter reconstitution volume so each mix is used inside the TB-500 window.

Record keeping

Log the date, units drawn, and site for every injection, alongside any symptoms. This catches gradual dose drift, and if something does go wrong it identifies exactly which step it started on.
