WOLV · 20 mg blend · daily
SCIENCE • STRENGTH • LONGEVITY
Before you draw anything. Every figure in this document assumes a 10 mg + 10 mg blend vial reconstituted with 2.0 mL of bacteriostatic water. Change either number and every unit measurement here changes with it. Confirm the milligram strengths printed on your vial first.
Wolverine pairs the two most-studied repair peptides in one vial. BPC-157 is linked to blood vessel formation at injury sites and tissue protection, with most preclinical work covering tendon, ligament, and gut tissue. TB-500 acts on actin, the structural protein that lets cells migrate, and works systemically rather than at the injection site. The two are combined because their mechanisms are complementary rather than overlapping.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Vial | 20 mg total — BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg, 1:1 by weight |
| Bacteriostatic water | 2.0 mL |
| Concentration | 5 mg/mL of each peptide (10 mg/mL total blend) |
| Conversion | 10 units = 500 mcg of each · 1 unit = 50 mcg of each |
| Route | Subcutaneous |
| Vial coverage | 20 draws at the standard amount |
| Reconstituted storage | 2–8 °C, 1–2 weeks. TB-500 is the limiting component. |
| Lyophilized storage | −20 °C, 12+ months |
| Phase | Amount (each peptide) | Units | Frequency | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Loading | 500 mcg | 10 | Daily | Weeks 1–4 |
| Maintenance | 250 mcg | 5 | Daily | Weeks 5–8 |
Amounts refer to each peptide, not the combined total — a 10-unit draw delivers 500 mcg of BPC-157 and 500 mcg of TB-500. Run 4 to 8 weeks, then stop.
What a fixed 1:1 blend can and cannot do. The two compounds are dosed on very different schedules when bought separately — BPC-157 daily in micrograms, TB-500 twice weekly in milligrams. In a blend they can only move together, so the ratio is a compromise. At 10 units daily the BPC-157 amount lands squarely in its standard range, while the TB-500 works out to roughly 3.5 mg per week against 5 to 10 mg in a standalone injury protocol. That is the trade for the convenience of one vial and one injection. Where TB-500 specifically needs to run high, separate vials are the better structure.
GLOW 70 contains the same two peptides alongside GHK-Cu, but at roughly 330 mcg of each per daily draw and weighted heavily toward GHK-Cu. Wolverine drops the copper component and raises both repair peptides. Run one or the other for a given goal rather than both — GLOW for skin quality and general remodeling, Wolverine when the target is soft tissue.
Log the date, units drawn, and site for every injection, alongside any symptoms. This catches gradual dose drift, and if something does go wrong it identifies exactly which step it started on.
